We are pleased to announce that on April 7, 2008, the Court GRANTED our motion to certify this lawsuit as a class action! Accordingly, we continue to prosecute the labor code rights of the IHOP employees on a class wide basis against Defendant Rafiq Ahmad.

We are in the process of marshalling your fellow employees and class members, as well as expert(s) and documentary evidence, to present at trial/prove-up hearing.
